Find those who will help with local communication networks -
phone trees, email/text dispersements, organize potlucks, help get posters up, post to Front Porch Forum... keep the communication links strong. Let others know when someone has been treated unjustly and rally to support them. No one cut from a job should be left in isolation. This is what truly makes us Vermont Strong.

Parents and communities need education on new school terminologies - it's no longer just terms like CRT and Equity education, white supremacy and minority oppression. Now there are more terms - Panorama Education, DEI - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, the CASEL version of SEL (Social Emotional Learning), Battelle for Kids - Portrait of a Graduate, along with the different shades of genders along with Global Citizenship replacing Constitutional foundations. The children are on the battlefield of different ideologies. Will governmental forces and institutions control their brains, or will freedom be allowed to reign?

Another advocate voice for the children on mask health concerns sent a letter just before Christmas break to the KESD school board concerning their response to the FOIA sent in October. It outlines how the laws are being used to force masks on the very people most likely to be harmed by them. Feel free to forward the letter and share it with anyone who can use it. We need to break the silence around this issue and help those families and staff who are suffering alone.
