addictions. There are mass murder connections to cannabis use; buyer beware

housing markets arise; 38% chronic absenteeism in schools existed in Pueblo, CO;

fish and wildlife in parklands may become toxic; teens will seek seizures for fun; first

time use of dabs can kill; using while pregnant can cause neonatal concerns; there

will be various workplace concerns; and our military feels it is a tactic to defeat the

US.

                              Is it a cash cow or will taxpayer bailouts
                                    be needed for all these concerns?
